Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Taquitos




All of that delicious Buffalo chicken wing flavor that everyone loves in the form of crispy and delicious golden taquitos.

Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Taquitos are great game food, and buffalo sauce anything is perfect for game day. These are made in a snap by using cooked shredded chicken, so you can have them done in just over half an hour. Crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside these will definitely satisfy your next taquito craving.





For This Recipe you will need:

  • Rotisserie Chicken or shredded cooked chicken
  • Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Cream cheese
  • Mozzarella or Quesadilla Cheese 
  • Low Carb Tortillas - Taco size
  • Sazon seasoning(optional) -Sazon is a blend of coriander, cumin, achiote, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper


  • Mix softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, Sazon seasoning until well combined in a large bowl. The mixture should be smooth.

    Mix the shredded rotisserie chicken and shredded cheese into the cream cheese mixture

    For each Taquito, spoon a large tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto each flour tortilla.

    Roll each tortilla up tightly around the chicken mixture, secure with a toothpick, and place seam side down on the baking sheet.





    Once all taquitos have been assembled and placed on the baking sheet, generously spray the tops with non-stick cooking spray.
    Bake for 10 minutes. Pull from oven and flip taquitos over. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.





    Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, guacamole, or your favorite sauce.

    The classic flavors from Buffalo Chicken Wings rolled up into a baked taquito.

    Ingredients:
    • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, (about 4 cups) shredded
    • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce(store-bought or homemade)
    • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or quesadilla cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon Sazon seasoning
    • 20-24 low-carb flour tortillas (6-inch)
    • Non-stick spray
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 450° F
    2. Mix softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, Sazon seasoning until well combined in a large bowl. The mixture should be smooth.
