This is the easiest recipe for ice cream I have found. Ice cream made with just 2 ingredients, made without using an ice cream maker. You can customize it with any flavors or toppings you’d like for a unique and delicious summer treat.
This sweet treat is just as delicious as real ice cream but without the need for added sugar, and eggs.
Two-Ingredient Ice Cream

Making 2-Ingredient Ice Cream

- Transfer mixture to a shallow container(I used a metal loaf pan) and cover with plastic wrap; freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
- Optional: If adding crumbled cookies, nuts, fruit, chocolate chips, etc. freeze for 2 hours then stir in additional ingredients, recover with plastic wrap and return to freezer for 4-6 hours or until firm.
