This two-ingredient Cherry Cinnamon Roll Cake is perfect for a morning coffee break. Not a fan of cherry pie filling just replace the pie filling with blueberry, apple, or mixed berry!
It isn’t difficult at all to make a delicious Cherry Cinnamon Roll Cake, in fact, it takes less than an hour. For the cherry topping, you are going to use your favorite can of cherry pie filling.
While there is nothing quite like hot, fresh-out-of-the-oven, cinnamon rolls, adding cherry pie filling, icing, and sliced almonds makes it a delicious level of sweetness.
Making Cherry Cinnamon Roll Cake

Easy To Make... just 2-ingredients for a delicious, large Cherry Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients:
- 2 cans - Cinnamon rolls
- 1 can Cherry Pie filling
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Equipment: large round 10-in cake or 9-in pie pan
- Simply unroll the cinnamon rolls setting aside the icing.
- Place unroll dough starting in the inside edge of the pan, pinch the rolls so it is one continuous piece until it fills the pan.
- Top with cherry filling...press down to get in between dough layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow cooling before adding icing on top. Enjoy!
- Optional: Top with sliced almonds
