  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut water, or pineapple juice
Instructions:
  1. Pour coconut water into a blender and add banana, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries. Cover and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top (optional)
