Made with coconut water, spinach, pineapple, mint, lime, and more! This Pineapple Mint smoothie is delicious and healthy.  This smoothie is Vegan friendly and great for the Daniel Fast.

How to Make Pineapple Mint Smoothie

Blend ice, spinach, pineapple, coconut water, banana, orange, mint, lemon juice, and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed. 

Smoothies will keep in the fridge for 1-2 days.  Just stir the smoothie and enjoy!

Pineapple Mint Smoothie


Made with coconut water, spinach, pineapple, mint, lime, and more! This Pineapple Mint smoothie is delicious and healthy.

Ingredients:
  • 1 to 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen, or fresh 
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 1 navel orange, peeled and segmented
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 banana, peeled and chunked
  • 1/2 cup coconut water, or more
Instructions:
  1. Blend ice, spinach, pineapple, coconut water, banana, orange, mint, lemon juice, and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
