What do I need to make Toasted Pecans?
- Pecan halves
- Salted Butter, melted
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt or Kosher Salt, I used coarse.
- Rimmed Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper
- Or Large Skillet
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F
Pour the melted butter, and olive oil into a medium bowl. Mix in the pecans. Stir until the pecans are well coated.
Arrange coated pecans in a single layer on a medium baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with salt. Let cool and store in a covered container.
