The Copycat Olive Garden House Salad can be served before the main dish, or as a side, or as the main dish by adding diced grilled chicken.
What's in the Copycat Olive Garden House Salad
For the Salad:
- I use the Lettuce trio bag (9 oz.) of the iceberg, romaine, and green leaf lettuce.
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Pepperoncini
- Black olives, whole
- Garlic Herb croutons
- Parmesan cheese, shaved or shredded
- Roma tomatoes, sliced or wedged
For the Salad Dressing:
- Olive oil
- Italian dressing mix packet
- White wine vinegar
- Water
- Italian seasoning
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Miracle Whip
- Salt
This salad can be made in less than 20 minutes, the dressing will take 5 minutes to put together but will need to be refrigerated for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Just toss together all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whip up dressing ingredients and refrigerate. Salad dressing will last 1 week in the refrigerator.

- 1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 10 pepperoncini
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1 cup Garlic herb croutons
- 2-3 Roma tomatoes, sliced or wedged
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved or shredded Dressing
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
- 1/2 tsp salt
