Start with the tangy sauce
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, over medium-low heat. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and then remove from the heat. Let cool. Place chicken thighs in sauce, let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken on the grill for 7-8 minutes. Flip over and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until no pink remains and chicken reaches 165°F.

Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs with Tangy BBQ Sauce.
Ingredients:
- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
