How to make Grilled Chicken Thighs with Tangy Sauce

Start with the tangy sauce
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, over medium-low heat. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes and then remove from the heat. Let cool. Place chicken thighs in sauce, let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken on the grill for 7-8 minutes. Flip over and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until no pink remains and chicken reaches 165°F.

Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs with Tangy BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients:
  • 8 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:

  1. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, over medium-low heat. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes and then remove from the heat. Let cool. Place chicken thighs in sauce, let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your Grill to 400°F.
  4. Sear your chicken on both sides, when the chicken has come to 165°F, it is done
